We believe that the early years of a child’s life are crucial ones for learning trust, self-esteem, confidence and developing faith.  These are best learned in relationships with other children and with the cooperation of parents and guidance of gentle, loving teachers.

Mt. Pisgah Weekday School is a ministry of Mt. Pisgah Church.  Our doors first opened in 1976 with a Parent Morning Out class.  In 1980, we introduced a few more classes and today, we have grown to eight classes with over 100 families.

What is your drop-off/pick-up procedure? Families are greeted by a staff member each morning from 8:55 a.m. to 9:10 a.m. at the main school entrance located near our playground. Children are taken to their assigned classroom by parents/guardian where they are signed in and welcomed into the classroom by their teachers. For the safety of our children, school doors remain locked during school hours. Should you need to enter the school during those times, please press the call button located to the right of the entrance doors. All individuals are identified by security camera before being allowed to enter the school building. At dismissal, parents return to their child’s assigned class where children are released directly to their parents/guardians one by one.

What safety protocol do you follow? Mount Pisgah Church and the Weekday School follow Safe Sanctuary guidelines to ensure the physical safety and spiritual growth of children.  All staff and teachers complete training and have a signed copy on file.

Just a few highlights of Safe Sanctuary are:
